Built admin banner dashboard with drag-and-drop uploads, reusable ad panel system with admin, standalone landing page, and portfolio template.

Task Summary

Built banner-dashboard.php: full admin CRUD UI with create/update/delete banners & slides
Implemented drag-and-drop + URL image upload (JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF/AVIF, 8MB validation)
Created reusable slide editor partial (_slide_block.php) for desktop + mobile image fields
Built ad-panels.php: reusable side-panel renderer for fixed vertical ad frames (left/right)
Created ad admin (db/admin-ad.php) with image upload, target link, title, active toggle
Built standalone landing page: sticky CTA nav, hero banner include, ad panels, property grid, enquiry modal
Created ace/ portfolio template (3D immersive horizontal-scroll layout with certificate modals)

Technical Details

Admin Dashboard

Full CRUD admin with idempotent schema creation, drag-and-drop media uploaders with MIME-type and size validation, on-page "Code" modal showing include snippets for easy integration. Ad system uses custom_page_ads table with position-based (left/right) targeting.
