The admin upload handler names every file banner_<unixtime>_<hash>.<ext>, so the embedded timestamp is the authoritative upload time. The new WebP landed in the admin uploads directory and was picked up by the front end immediately.
Because the image was applied through the admin panel rather than a local file change, there was nothing to push: the live site served the new banner as soon as the upload completed.
