Admin-Managed Contacts & Brand Pitch Deck

Moved every site-wide phone number and email address into admin-managed settings so contact details change without a code deploy, wrote a reusable AI presentation prompt built from live site data, and produced a 10-slide brand pitch deck in both PowerPoint and PDF — then rebuilt it with the real site photography embedded.

Phone and email moved out of the templates and into a single admin-managed settings record, surfaced through the shared functions layer and consumed by the header, footer, contact, privacy-policy and admin screens — so a contact change is a one-field admin edit instead of a code deploy.

Presentation Prompt & Deck

Built a reusable prompt file from the live site data so the deck can be regenerated on demand in the correct brand style. Delivered a 10-slide deck as PPTX and PDF, then re-exported both with the real project photography embedded in place of the placeholders.
