Client CMS Admin Batch & Site v2 Initial Build

Processed a batch of client CMS admin-panel updates (form edit fixes, list reordering, seed-data hygiene) and produced the initial scaffold of the refreshed site v2 so the new front-end lands as one coherent unit on the next push.

Site v2 Scaffold

Built the v2 skeleton — home, interior, section and admin templates all sharing one header/footer and a single CSS variable design system — so the refreshed front-end can be staged once and pushed as one unit with the admin batch.
