Repo Push Unblock & Multi-Project Commit

Unblocked the blocked repository push by resolving Windows case-collision filename conflicts agenda, over-long paths, and the LF/CRLF line-ending policy so the fully-mirrored website set could be staged and committed cleanly.

Technical Details

Case-Collision Resolution

Windows filesystems are case-insensitive, so a live server folder that holds both old/ and Old/ can only keep one copy in the local working tree. The referenced (lowercase) variant stays in the working site; the uppercase archive moves to the Local Development folder so nothing is lost and every staged change matches live.
